Information Related to False Accusations Posted on other Websites

Many of the false and misleading internet postings have made much ado about a false allegation that was made against Dr. Randolph in 1994 in CA, that she had advised a parent to beat a child with a belt, and some of the libelous information states that Dr. Randolph was convicted of "aiding and counseling another to commit child abuse". This statement is completely incorrect. Because of health reasons, on the advice of her physician, Dr. Randolph was forced to plead guilty to "counseling another in the commission of a misdemeanor," but she has NEVER admitted to having actually committed the acts of which she was accused, and has been able to demonstrate to the licensing boards in CA, and to the Sutter County Court (the County she was living in at the time this false charge was made against her) that she was innocent of these charges. As a result, her conviction on these charges has been overturned. However, because of the conviction, Dr. Randolph voluntarily surrendered her licenses as a R.N., a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse, and Marriage, Family and Child Counselor in California, and her psychological license was revoked by the CA Board of Psychology. Now that her conviction has been overturned, she is applying to the state of CA to have the license revocation stayed or reversed, and to have her R.N. and Clinical Nurse Specialist licenses reinstated.

There are a number of innuendos about why Dr. Randolph has moved several times since 1996. She moved to CO in 7/96 to work as an Integrated Awareness(TM) teacher with a friend from CA, and this move had been planned for three years before it was made (the fact that it coincided with the revocation of her psychologist's license in CA was pure coincidence) sadly, this friend died of pancreatic cancer about 6 months after Dr. Randolph moved to CO. Because Dr. Randolph wasn't able to get her practice as an Integrated Awareness(TM) (IA) teacher going in CO, and had another friend who was doing this work in UT, she moved to UT in 4/99 to work with this friend, and to obtain training as a Neurodevelopmental Specialist with several practitioners of this profession in the Salt Lake City area. After completing this training, Dr. Randolph returned to CO to practice as a Neurodevelopmental Specialist, and this move had been planned for two years (in fact Dr. Randolph had a lease for a house for 6 months prior to the time that she moved), and so this move had absolutely nothing to do with the complaint filed in UT.

The people trying to discredit Dr. Randolph claim tha she "treated patients...without a license in the State of Utah, which she had been doing since 1999", and was "shut down" by the Utah Licensing Board in 2002. This statement is completely untrue (which is why it is libelous). Dr. Randolph never had a practice as a psychotherapist in Utah, didn't offer psychological services to anyone in Utah, and wasn't "shut down (by the Utah Licensing Board)". Instead she worked as a Neurodevelopmental Specialist and as a pastoral counselor in accordance with Utah laws regarding the practice of pastoral counseling. In 2/02 an allegation was made that Dr. Randolph had provided a psychological evaluation with a child in UT, when she, in fact, provided a Neurodevelopmental Evaluation to this child. Because she was planning to move back to CO in 4/02, and she didn't want to have to hassle with the UT licensing board about the allegation over the next year or so, Dr. Randolph entered into an informal voluntary agreement with the UT licensing board that she wouldn't provide any further Neurodevelopmental Evaluations in the State of UT, and has documentation from the State of UT to prove this. There is a false document that is supposedly signed by Dr. Randolph that says that she was illegally practicing as a therapist in UT, and that orders her to cease and desist from so doing. Dr. Randolph never signed this document, and had never even seen it until 11/03. It is not a valid legal document, as the signatures that are supposed to be hers don't match with her signature, were never witnessed by anyone, nor were they notarized. In fact, the dates that this document were supposedly signed by the Assistant Attorney General in UT and by Dr. Randolph do not match. This invalid document was somehow illegally placed into Dr. Randolph's file in UT, and she is currently working to have this illegal document removed from that file.

These website postings also imply a number of other unethical actions on the part of Dr. Randolph over the years, all of which have been reported to the CO licensing boards, primarily by Ms. Rosa and Mr. Sannar, and which have been found to be unsubstantiated by those boards. This doesn't seem to have discouraged Ms. Rosa and Mr. Sannar from continuing to try to find unethical actions on the part of Dr. Randolph, and to continue to file ludicrous complaints against her with the licensing board (they have also filed similar ludicrous complaints against pretty much any therapist in CO who is known to practice attachment therapy; none of these complaints has been substantiated by the board either). If you would like to discuss any of these things with Dr. Randolph, please feel free to call her at 303-670-8723 after 9 am mountain time.
